TECHNICAL ADVANTAGE
Flexible Control System & Spraying Adjustment
The spraying system adopts cab and rear platform control modes, allowing operators to independently control each nozzle group and flexibly adjust the spraying width according to different pavement requirements. The spray bar lifting function is controlled by the rear platform cylinder, enabling accurate height adjustment and stable asphalt distribution for various construction conditions.
High-Performance Asphalt Pump & Circulation System
Equipped with an international high-viscosity asphalt pump, the system supports both external asphalt self-priming and tank asphalt discharge functions, providing convenient operation and efficient material transfer. The stable pumping performance ensures smooth asphalt circulation, consistent spraying pressure, and reliable operation throughout the construction process.
Manual Spray Function & Flexible Construction
The manual spraying system allows operators to apply asphalt through the hand spray gun, providing excellent flexibility for small-area repairs, corners, and special working conditions. With simple operation and adjustable spraying pressure, it improves construction adaptability while ensuring effective asphalt coverage in areas difficult to reach by the main spray bar.
-
Handwheel Manhole Cover with Drip Trough
The handwheel-type manhole cover is mounted on the top of the asphalt tank, serving as the main access port independent of the spraying pipeline without disrupting normal spray operations. It supports asphalt filling, internal tank inspection and residue cleaning, while its screw clamping design delivers reliable sealing to prevent high-temperature asphalt leakage. The surrounding drip trough catches overflow and dripping asphalt, simplifying on-site cleanup and maintaining stable, safe operation under long-duration road construction. -
Folding Spray Bar & Flexible Spraying System
The three-section folding spray bar features a compact design with up to 36 nozzles, providing uniform asphalt coverage and flexible operation in various working conditions. The spray bar supports vertical and horizontal adjustment, enabling multi-layer spraying, wider coverage, and effective obstacle avoidance during construction. With adjustable spray width from 2–4.5m (optional max. 6m), each nozzle can be flexibly combined for precise asphalt distribution and consistent spraying quality.
